- Technical data — standard information logged by our website host, such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to discuss selling your practice or working together, and to keep proper records. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where necessary: within Practice Group and our delivery business, Buzz, to respond to you; and with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, including our website host and our email provider. These providers act on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards. Some may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate protections such as UK-approved transfer mechanisms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability.
