Andy is a founder and operator focused on building scalable, integrated professional-services platforms. He founded Founder Capital LLP and Practice Group, where he leads an operator-driven buy-and-build strategy — acquiring and integrating accountancy and advisory firms with strong recurring revenue, and improving how they run.

His approach is practical rather than financial-engineering: sustainable growth through better systems, governance and long-term alignment. He is formalising that with institutional-grade study — the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and the CISI Certificate in Global Financial Compliance — while keeping an operator-led philosophy.

Peter Allen

Co-founder & Finance Director

Peter is a seasoned accounting professional with over two decades of experience. He founded City Solution (UK) Ltd, growing it organically through client referrals to around £450,000 of recurring fees, with a focus on startups and high-growth technology companies.

His expertise spans bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, management accounting and cashflow, complex system implementations (including NetSuite), and helping international businesses establish a UK presence. Peter leads Fiscora, our fractional finance-director service — turning a firm's own numbers into decisions.
