White-label tax services for solicitors
Accountancy firms aren't the only professional practices that need production capacity. Law firms come to us for the same reason: tax and accounts work keeps landing on fee earners who would rather be doing legal work, and hiring an in-house accountant for it rarely stacks up.
We work with solicitors in two ways. The first is client-facing work delivered in your name — the accounting and tax side of matters your team is already running, where the client stays yours throughout and the output carries your branding. The second is the law firm's own numbers — the bookkeeping, accounts and tax returns behind a partnership, LLP or incorporated practice.
- Tax computations and returns supporting client matters — prepared for your review, issued under your name
- Estate and trust accounts and the related returns for private client teams
- Capital gains and property tax calculations alongside conveyancing and disposals
- Corporate tax input on transactions, incorporations and reorganisations
- The firm's own bookkeeping, management accounts, year-end accounts, VAT and payroll
- Partner and member self assessment returns
The working model is exactly the same as it is for accountancy firms: we produce, you review, and final sign-off and the client relationship stay with you. Your clients see your firm, not ours. Anything that requires legal advice or a regulated legal service remains with your solicitors — we handle the accounting and tax production behind it.
If that's the kind of arrangement you're looking for, get in touch and we'll talk through how it would work for your firm.
